From idea to system
AVZ’s systems are often developed on the basis of market demand, or as a result of our staff’s strong drive for innovation. Our research and development department can translate a basic idea into a concrete design, in collaboration with the client if necessary. In doing so, it focuses on a delicate balance of ease of assembly and installation, functionality and quality. Once the optimised system complies with all the applicable requirements, then it is subjected to a period of extensive testing.

Bespoke systems
A bespoke system is sometimes the only option for a particular project. And we are naturally pleased to assist in this regard. Thanks to the combination of our employees’ technical knowledge and our extensive range of components, the solution is usually within close reach. Once your wishes have been listed and the concept defined, any new components required can be produced using the 3D printer. This enables us to thoroughly test and optimise the prototype within a short period of time. Once the system has been developed to everyone’s satisfaction, then our purchasing, sales and logistics departments get involved, thereby providing your bespoke solution as swiftly as possible. Certification
We market our systems in a carefully considered manner, with a view to assuring both customers and the end-user of a positive experience. Following an extensive period of testing at AVZ, we engage the independent inspection services of TÜV to assess the system. Furthermore, all our systems are compliant with the applicable product requirements within the EU, and they therefore bear the CE mark.
